Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and TMC Ventures LLC ("we") for the Whole Manna app.

1. What Whole Manna is

Whole Manna rates grocery products against the Whole Manna Standard, our own whole-food criteria, and helps you plan meals and find stores and farms. Ratings, scores, recipes, budget plans and verdicts reflect our standard and opinions. They are informational only and are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your health, allergies or diet.

2. Accuracy

Product information comes from manufacturers, public databases and retailers, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always read the actual product label, especially for allergies. Store availability can change. Prices and sales tax in budget plans are estimates unless the app says they come from your store's live prices, and your total at the register may differ. Report errors with the "Report an error" link.

3. Subscriptions

Whole Manna requires a subscription after a free trial. Prices and the trial length are shown before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the service, or using it to break the law.

5. Recipes and food safety

Follow safe food handling, cook to the temperatures listed, and check ingredients for allergies. You are responsible for how you prepare and eat food.

6. Third-party content and links

The app includes data from third parties (for example Open Food Facts and OpenStreetMap, both licensed under the ODbL, and USDA) and links to other sites, such as farm websites. We aren't responsible for third-party content.

7. Our rights

The app, the Whole Manna name, logo and Standard belong to TMC Ventures LLC. We may update the app, the Standard and these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, TMC Ventures LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules.
